. The project includes two buildings, a new 120,000 square foot Academic Center and an 1,800 square foot Annex Facility for grounds maintenance and storage. The three-story academic building includes a learning resource center, academic support center, student support services, a bookstore, cafeteria, classrooms and laboratories. This first building will hold 880 full-time students and will be the new Historic Triangle Campus designed for 3,500 students when finished.

 Boo Williams Sportsplex is a new developed by prominent athlete, coach and youth sports advocate Boo Williams in partnership with a group of investors and a team partner with the city of Hampton, Virginia. The 135,000 sq. ft. indoor sports and event center opened on March 14, 2008, becoming the largest sportsplex on the central east coast. |
 Avid Medical is a project that we have worked on since 2005 in different phases. The existing building is 80,000 square foot and the addition is 95,000 square foot. The site develpment started in Jan. 2008 and projected completion date is to be determined. Avid Medical is a company that manufactures medical supplies for entire United States. |
